Be considered for a local episode

No less than 2000 episodes per year. There are 176 PBS-member licensees and over 700 other public television stations associated with Economic Development Commissions and colleges and schools. Each could produce up to 10 episodes per year. The best would air nationally then globally. The goal is to have at least 400K online profiles being developed, 40K in the active queue for an episode of the show, and somewhere over 2000 being profiled within any given year.

People will begin to understand the hearts of some of the finest small businesses owners in the world who are genuinely trying to make our world a better place. There are over 25 million in the USA and many millions more around the world.

Why 2000? Why not 4000 per year? We believe there are easily 4000 wonderful episodes about wonderful people doing wonderful things that can be done each year. Why not? It can change the face of television. We also believe these episodes will become increasingly poignant as the years progress. Together we'll be creating a new artform that is about creativty, business, and the meaning and value of life. It'll be Reality TV with authencity and integrity. Certainly that is a different order.

4M listed. This site is now a portal site for small business. You only need to register and out of 25 million small businesses in the USA, your business will be listed and your website linked. We will support as many as 4M who are members of their local station and local chamber or national trade association. Where the general media portrays business as greedy, this site is in search of those who support their community. There will be no charge for a simple listing and link within the Small Business Index of Learning Companies.

400K profiles. The sole purpose of this television show is to help business owners be more successful and then more giving and generous within their communities and within their indutry. We believe as each of us share our insights and inspiration, we help each other. Your answers to questions become part of the hundreds of case studies that are already part of this site. Your answers will also help you and your business rise in the listings of businesses being considered for a local episode of the show.

The pages you create and maintain also become another reference to your business. We will, however, encourage everyone to be at least be a member of their local station. And, we will encourage those who are being considered for a local episode to be active members of their local Producers' Club at your local educational television station.

40K with Overview, Case Study, Transcript, and Homepage. Of our initial group of 4M, we believe 40,000 people per year will complete a profile and have it published on the site. Here everybody will begin to see the benefits of being a member of their local Producers' Club. Any one of these businesses could have an epside of the show about them.
